Nani thanks Ronaldo for his help

“Having Cristiano around has really helped me,” said the fellow Portuguese player.

“At the start, it was quite hard and I didn’t speak English at all. But when I didn’t understand something, he could tell me what has been said.

“I am very good friends with Cristiano and have been for a long time. But the entire squad gets on and now, I speak a little bit of English, we joke all the time.”

Nani wants double!

Nani is the latest Manchester Utd player to express his excitement at the current squad. Sir Alex Ferguson has already stated that he thinks it is his strongest ever team.

Although, never guaranteed a place in the starting 11, Nani is anxious to win the double in his first season at Utd. He is happy with his impact so far and has scored a couple of spectacular goals.

“I know it will be very difficult to win both trophies,” he said.

“But I also know it is is possible because Manchester United have a great team and a fantastic squad and we play good football.

Spurs want Nani for Berbatov!

Mancheter United’s interest in Dimitar Berbatov is not a secret, but Tottenham say they are only prepared to discuss a swap deal with Manchester United involving Nani.

The likelyhood Ferguson is going to trade one of his prized young stars that he has only had for half a season is quite slim I think.
